Hampton style beauty Morningside. The owners toyed with the idea of renovating what was quite a run down house built in the 1960,s. The house was on a large block of land and sloped up from the street. In this case the decision was made to knock down and re build. This process allowed us to create different levels in the gardens and the house and build a beautiful home That took advantage of the views and surrounding gardens.

Contemporary classic in St Lucia. The block sloped up away from the street. This allowed us to build a 3 level home stepping up the block and also allowed us to include a swimming pool on the middle level which was also the living area.
